What is Yet Another Zombie Survivors?

It is a survival auto-shooter built around assembling a small squad during a run. You begin with one Survivor, then can answer SOS calls to recruit as many as two more. Weapons, abilities, synergies, items, arena pressure, and permanent progression shape how each run develops.

Version 1.0 left Early Access on August 20, 2026. That change matters: the release added a ninth Survivor, a fifth arena, new systems, items, achievements, and balance changes. Older Early Access guides may now be out of date.
