How many maps are in YAZS?
Current version 1.0 has five arenas. Bio Lab is the fifth arena and unlocks after Dead Terminal is completed on Default difficulty.

Survive 30 minutes in Endurance. Version 1.0 notes say this now correctly unlocks Infinite Mode, so older unlock guides may describe pre-1.0 behavior.
